CERC returns Parekh panel report on Tata, Adani tariff relief

NEW DELHI .  The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission ( CERC) has returned the recommendations submitted by a panel headed by Deepak Parekh that proposed increasing tariff for plants at Mundra in Gujarat saying the reports were not signed by all members of the committee.
