DFCCIL presentation Of International Chamber of Commerce

New Delhi: Senior officials of ICC International Court of Arbitration comprising President Sh. Alexis Mourre and Secretary-General Sh. Alexander Fessas gave a presentation on the aspects of ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) Rules of Arbitration, its applicability and enforceability at a seminar attended by the top management of DFCCIL headed by Sh Anurag Sachan, MD DFCCIL, Directors, EDs and GGMs at the Corporate Office, today.

The presentation was quite fruitful and enriching for the participants on practical aspects of the ICC Arbitration with special emphasis on the Construction Industry Arbitrations. The presentation also focused on the recommended tools and techniques for effective management of Arbitrations arising out of contractual disputes. The Law Department of DFCCIL organised the highly informative seminar.
