Powergrid placed at 81 in the 2017
NEW DELHI: POWERGRID has been placed at #81 in the recently published 2017 Platts Top 250 Global Energy Rankings, registering a leap of 11 positions from last year's rank #92. With this POWERGRID has retained its top position as 'Fastest Growing Electric Utility in Asia' for the fourth successive year. POWERGRID has also become the only Indian CPSE to feature amongst the Top 5 Fastest Growing Electric Utilities globally, consistently since 2014. The Platts Top 250 Global Energy Rankings recognizes outstanding accomplishments of top performing energy companies around the world. All such companies have assets greater than USD 5.5 Billion.
