The program organised at SALANPUR Area of ECL where more than 100 female employees of AREA shared their view on growth, production, safety and security of the company. Sri Vinay Ranjan, Director(Personnel), ECL and Sri Prashant Kumar, GM, Salanpur area interacted with the female employees and emphasised about work life balance.
