Mumbai – 17 March 2026: SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd. has allotted 75,325 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to employees who exercised vested options under the SBI Life Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS) 2018.

The allotment was approved by the Board Stakeholders’ Relationship & Sustainability Committee on 17 March 2026. Following this issuance, the company’s paid-up share capital now stands at Rs. 10,03,09,21,210, comprising 100,30,92,121 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
