L&T Incorporates Wholly-Owned Offshore Wind Subsidiary in Netherlands
New Delhi: Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T) on Tuesday announced the incorporation of a new overseas wholly-owned subsidiary, “L&T Energy Offshore Wind B.V.”, in the Netherlands, marking a strategic move to strengthen its presence in the global offshore wind energy segment.
The subsidiary has been registered with the Dutch Trade Register on February 10, 2026, following its incorporation on February 9, 2026, as per L&T’s regulatory disclosure filed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
L&T Energy Offshore Wind B.V. has been established to focus exclusively on offshore wind energy projects, offering end-to-end EPCIC services—Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Transportation, Installation, and Commissioning.
