New Delhi: RITES Limited, a Schedule ‘A’ Enterprise under the Government of India, has invited applications for the post of General Manager / Group General Manager (Mechanical) on deputation at its Gurugram office. The organisation requires an IRSME officer for this position, and the eligibility criteria specify that officers in Selection Grade (Level 13) with less than 18 years of Group ‘A’ service may apply for the General Manager post. For the Group General Manager position, officers in SAG, NFHAG, or SG with 18 years of Group ‘A’ service are eligible. As per Railway Board letters dated 08.02.2023 and 13.04.2023 (No. 2018/E(O)II/41/1), applications of eligible officers must be submitted to the Railway Board at least seven days prior to the last date mentioned in the vacancy notice, enabling the Board to obtain the competent authority’s approval for forwarding the applications to RITES Limited. The last date for submitting duly forwarded applications is 45 days from the issuance of this vacancy circular. Applications must include APARs for the last five years along with D&AR and Vigilance clearances, and must be forwarded by the competent authority.
All Zonal Railways, Production Units, and RDSO have been requested to upload this vacancy notice on their respective websites and ensure wide publicity. Interested and eligible officers are advised to send their applications through the Railway Board well in advance.
