NBCC signs MoU with NHPC Ltd for executing infrastructure projects

New Delhi: State-run NBCC (India) Ltd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with NHPC Ltd for the execution of infrastructure projects across India.

According to the exchange filing, it has been informed that a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between NBCC and NHPC on August 28, 2026, at the NHPC office complex, Sector 33, Faridabad (Haryana), India, for the execution of NHPC’s infrastructure projects across India, including residential blocks, residential/commercial infrastructure, office complexes, and allied facilities at a PMC fees of 5.5%.

Further, the detailed value of the project will be determined in due course of time. The said MOU is in the normal course of business of the company, the company mentioned in the filing.

Shares of NBCC are trading down by 1.47% at Rs 87.30 at BSE.
