Servotech EV Infra Signs MoU with NPCL to Expand EV Charging Infrastructure across Greater Noida

Incharz and NPCL team up to power Greater Noida with smart EV charging stations
New Delhi, 27th June 2025: Incharz (Servotech EV Infra), one of India’s fastest growing Charge Point Operator and EV Charging Infrastructure developers, has signed a MoU with Noida Power Company Limited (NPCL), a JV of RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group and Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority to significantly scale up the Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure across Greater Noida.
The MoU was formally signed between Sanket Srivastava, Head, PMS & Sustainability, NPCL, and Prem Prakash, CEO, Incharz. The strategic partnership is a vital step in advancing India's clean mobility goals by enabling accessible and efficient EV charging solutions in high-traffic urban zones. Under this partnership, the two organizations will work together to identify and develop EV charging stations in key locations such as corporate buildings, residential societies, commercial complexes, and hospitals. will play a facilitative role in recommending sites and ensuring smooth coordination with DISCOMs to reduce infrastructure setup time and cost.

To mark the first phase of a long-term vision to establish Greater Noida as a model EV-ready city, INCHARZ with NPCL already installed EV Charging stations in two residential societies. At Stellar Jeevan, we setup 7.4 and 10 kW AC chargers. Meanwhile, Ace Divino with 40 kW DC Charger along with 10 kW AC charger capable of simultaneously charging three two-wheelers.
