UPPCL and Adani Green Energy arm signs Power Purchase Agreement
Energy Stock, Adani Green Energy’s arm has signed a Power Purchase Agreement with Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd.

New Delhi: The company stated in the regulatory filing…in furtherance to the intimation dated March 28, 2025, Adani Green Energy Sixty Nine Limited, a Wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a Power Purchase Agreement (“PPA”) with Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (“UPPCL”) for supply of 400 MW solar power from grid connected solar PV power project to be developed in the state of Rajasthan.
Shares of Adani Green Energy closed at Rs 905.05, up by 0.48 percent.
