New Delhi: In a major boost, the Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) has secured the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Standards Association (IEEE SA) Corporate Award 2025.
Union Minister for Communications, Jyotiraditya Scindia has appreciated the Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) for announcing the triumph of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Standards Association (IEEE SA) Corporate Award 2025.
Mr Scindia through a social media post stated that C-DOT has become the first organisation from India to receive this honour and only the fifth globally from the 140-year-old IEEE.
According to the Minister, the award recognises C-DOT’s contributions to advancing IEEE standards in wireless broadband, rural 5G, telecom education and in building globally recognised, standards-based innovation frameworks from India.
