ABB appoints Renu Sud Karnad as independent director on board

NEW DELHI: Power solutions provider ABB India Ltd today said Renu Sud Karnad has been appointed as an independent director on the Board of the company. 

"ABB India Ltd said that Renu Sud Karnad has been appointed as Non-executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from August 09, 2013," the company said in a regulatory filing to the stock exchange.ECONOMIC TIMES
