Arpan Kumar, IRSE Deputed to MRVC as Additional General Manager (Civil)

The Ministry of Railways has approved the deputation of Shri Arpan Kumar (IRSE) to the Mumbai Rail Vikas Corporation Limited (MRVC) as Additional General Manager (Civil).

According to an order issued by the Railway Board vide No. 2025/E(O)II/7/110, dated December 12, 2025, Shri Arpan Kumar will be posted at Mumbai on usual terms of deputation, i.e., parent pay plus deputation allowance.

The deputation is subject to Government approval for exemption from the rule of immediate absorption in MRVC.

Relief Instructions

Central Railway has been requested to relieve the officer to enable him to take up the new assignment. The date of relief is to be intimated to the Railway Board.

The order has been issued under the signature of Smt. Roshan Kumari Meena, Under Secretary (Deputation), Railway Board, and circulated to MRVC, Central Railway, and other concerned offices.

The deputation will be governed by DoP&T guidelines, under which the officer will be deemed relieved on expiry of the deputation period unless an extension is approved in writing by the competent authority.
