IREDA Appoints Jagdeep Singh as HIA & Tusarkant Parida as Executive Director

New delhi: Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) has announced significant appointments in its senior management team. Shri Jagdeep Singh has joined IREDA as General Manager (F&A), effective the forenoon of December 30, 2025, while Shri Tusarkant Parida has assumed the role of Executive Director (F&A) in the afternoon of the same day.

Further, in the Board meeting held on December 30, 2025, Shri Jagdeep Singh has been appointed as Head of Internal Audit (HIA) and Internal Auditor (IA) for a fixed tenure from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028, or until further orders. This appointment follows the superannuation of Shri A. Chandrashekar, who served as General Manager (F&A) & Head of Internal Audit until December 31, 2025.

Shri Jagdeep Singh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Honours) from Delhi University and is a Member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India, with over 27 years of professional experience across private and public sector organizations.

Shri Tusarkant Parida holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Honours) from Utkal University and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, bringing more than 24 years of professional experience to IREDA.

These appointments are in line with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and reflect IREDA’s continued focus on strengthening its financial and internal audit capabilities.
