MOIL Announces Senior Management Change; Manish Malewar Appointed GM (Personnel)

Nagpur, April 4, 2026: State-owned MOIL Limited has announced a change in its senior management, in line with regulatory disclosure requirements under SEBI (LODR) norms.

The company has appointed Shri Manish Malewar as General Manager (Personnel), designating him as the Head of Department (HoD). The appointment came into effect from April 4, 2026, as per the company’s service rules.

Malewar holds academic qualifications including B.Sc., PGDLS, and LLB, and brings relevant expertise to the personnel and human resource functions of the organisation.

The development was formally communicated to both the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited, ensuring compliance with disclosure obligations.

MOIL stated that the change is part of its internal administrative restructuring and aligns with its established service rules. The appointment is expected to further strengthen the company’s personnel management and organisational efficiency.
