National Fertilizers Limited appoints two Additional Directors to the Board
The Appointment has been made w.e.f. 05.05.2025 for a period of one year or until further Orders, whichever is earlier.
New Delhi: Prof. Rabi Ranjan Sen and Shri Jyoti Bhrainar Tubid have been appointed as Additional Directors (as Non-official Independent Directors) on the Board of the National Fertilizers Ltd w.e.f. 05.05.2025 in terms of the Letter issued by the Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India.
The Appointment has been made w.e.f. 05.05.2025 for a period of one year or until further Orders, whichever is earlier.

Prof. Rabi Ranjan Sen aged about 51 years, completed his M.Phil in History from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). He is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of History at Katwa College, West Bengal. Further, he had been an Independent Director in Brahmaputra Valley Fertilizer Corporation Limited (BVFCL).
Shri Jyoti Bhramar Tubid, aged about 66 years, is an Indian Administrative Service (lAS) officer of 1983 batch and voluntary retired from the Civil Services in 2014.
During his tenure in the Civil Services before taking voluntary retirement, he had held various significant post in the state of Jharkhand such as Home Secretary, Cabinet Secretary, Secretary in Department of Excise and Prohibition; Secretary in Department of Health, Medical Education & Family Welfare. Further, he had been a Board Member of XLRI, Jamshedpur and various Government Companies.
