Rajendra Prasad Goyal, Director at NHPC Ltd, takes additional charge of CMD

NHPC Ltd Board has informed that Rajendra Prasad Goyal, Director (Finance) has been entrusted with the additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director for three years.
Ministry of Power (MoP), Govt. of India vide its order dated 24.06.2024 has conveyed the ex-post facto approval of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) for entrustment of additional charge of the post of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD), NHPC Limited to Shri Rajendra Prasad Goyal, Director (Finance), NHPC Limited for three months w.e.f. 01.03.2024 or till the regular incumbent joins the post, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest, as per the exchange filing.
