Rajesh Kumar selected as next Director (Finance) at Bharat Coking Coal Ltd

New Delhi: The Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB) has recommended the name of Shri Rajesh Kumar for the post of Director (Finance), Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL). Currently, the Chairman and Managing Director of BCCL, Shri Manoj Kumar Agarwal has been serving as the additional charge of Director (Finance).

Shri Samiran Dutta has previously served as Director (Finance) of the company but faced show-cause notices in relation to a deviation case involving Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM) contracts, with the case file forwarded to the Coal Ministry and the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC). As many as 11 candidates are shortlisted for the interview.

The candidates hail from reputed PSU organizations like NCL, Coal India, CMPDI, NBCC (India), MRPL, Engineering Projects (India) Ltd.

Rajesh Kumar is currently serving as General Manager (Finance)-Head of Department at Northern Coalfields Ltd.
