RVNL Appoints Baldev Singh Jaryal as Executive Director (Civil)

New Delhi: Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has announced the appointment of Shri Baldev Singh Jaryal as Executive Director (Civil), effective January 22, 2026, making him part of the company’s Senior Management Personnel.

According to the regulatory filing under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Shri Jaryal’s term of appointment will continue until superannuation.

Shri Baldev Singh Jaryal holds a Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering and brings over 28 years of global experience in EPC, DB, HAM, and BOT contracts. His expertise spans procurement, contract execution and management, planning, quality assurance, commissioning, and business development, including strategic marketing, policies, and project procurement across more than 20 countries. He has also provided consultancy services for infrastructure projects, including feasibility studies, detailed engineering reports, and project management consultancy.

RVNL shares are listed on the BSE (Scrip: 542649) and the National Stock Exchange of India (Scrip: RVNL). The company has submitted all related disclosures, including office orders and SEBI circular compliance, as part of regulatory requirements.

The appointment underscores RVNL’s focus on strengthening its executive leadership in civil infrastructure and project management.
