New Delhi: Mr. Salim Yahoo ceases to be Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the KPI Green Energy Limited.

According to exchange filing by the company, regarding the resignation tendered by Mr. Salim Yahoo, Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and Key Managerial Personnel (“KMP”) of the Company, we hereby inform that on September 2, 2026, it is mutually decided as his last working day/relieving date. Accordingly, after close of business hours on September, 2, 2026.

Mr. Salim Yahoo is a Seasoned Finance Professional having rich and varied experience of more than 27 years in the field of finance, credit analysis, financial modelling, Client relationship management & business development.

He is a B. Com (Accounting) graduate from Parle College of Commerce, Arts & Science, Mumbai and holds Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
