V Satish Kumar appointed as Director on CPCL Board

Shri V. Satish Kumar, Chairman & Director (Marketing), IOCL has been appointed by the Board of CPCL as Director on 09.09.2024.

Shri V. Satish Kumar is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.

He is a Mechanical Engineer and a post graduate in Management from University of Lubljana, Slovenia, has over 3 decades of rich experience in marketing of petroleum products in various geographies of the country. He was appointed as Director (Marketing) of IOCL w.e.f. 28th October 2021. On 1st September 2024, he was entrusted the additional charge of Chairman, IOCL, while continuing his current position of Director (Marketing).

Shri V. Satish Kumar also held the additional charge of Director (Finance), IOCL, for a period of one year from October 2022.
