UCBs should consist of efficient and professional bankers for surviving the competition
Gujarat: The Gujarat State Cooperative Bank Union organized a banking webinar on “Challenges, Changes and Changes Post Covid-19 which is presided over by Shri Ghanshyambhai Amin, Chairman of the Gujarat state cooperative union.
The webinar is highly focused on the new opportunities and challenges which will emerge the urban cooperative banks due to COVID-19 Pandemic and to discuss how to follow up on these challenges and build up the banking business.
Chairman Shri Ghanshyambhai Amin express their own experience with banking technology and he also said that the Union Government has taken up the merger of 3 to 4 public sector banks which will be benefited for the economy.
The bank officials and the employees have to make coordinate in the working environment and should be an efficient and professional working environment which leads to innovative and effective skills.
