The Railway PSU board has announced the appointment of N C Karmali as the Part-time Government Nominee Director of the RVNL board. As per the exchange filing of the railway PSU the appointment has been made by the President of the India.
Ministry of Railways, Government of India, has conveyed that the President of India has approved the appointment of Shri N. C. Karmali, Executive Director (Coord.)/ Gati Shakti, Railway Board, as Part-time Government Nominee Director on the Board of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) with immediate effect, till he holds the post of Executive Director (Coord.)/ Gati Shakti, Railway Board or further orders, whichever is earlier.

The President is pleased to appoint Shri N.C. Karmali, Executive Director (Coordinator), Gati Shakti, Railway Board, as Part-time Government Director on the Board of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) with immediate effect, as till he holds the post of Executive Director (Coord.)/ Gati Shakti, Railway Board or further orders, whichever is earlier.
