Ministry of Coal organised an International webinar

Shri Shekhar Saran, CMD, CMPDI addressed the inaugural session, Shri Binay Dayal, D(T), CIL introduced the conference Theme to the more than 200 participants from all corners of the world. Ms Volha Roshchanka, US EPA and Mr Peeyush Kumar, Director(Tech), MoC also presented their views.

 

During the Technical session distinguished speakers from abroad presented the brief overview of different technologies, methods, classification of CBM Resources, CBM potentiality,Prospects in India and it's production, current developments and future potential of CBM were delebrated.They were Dr John Hattner from Netherland Sewell, Dr Peet Mati Soot from CMM Energy, Dr Harikrishna Tulsidas from UNECE, Dr Pramod Thakur from ESMS LLC, Dr J Hornbrook from DeGolyer& MacNaughton, Dr Jonathan R Kelafant from Advance Resources International Inc, Dr Satya Harpalani from Southern Illinois University, Dr Dilhan IIK from DeGolyer & Naughton and Dr Raymond C Pilcher from Reven Ridge Resources INC
