ALH Dhruv helicopter crashed on May 4; Operations halted again after an accident
As per the reports, it is mentioned that there has been a technical fault with the Air Traffic Controller (ATC) and proceeded for a precautionary landing.

New Delhi: The ALH Dhruv, a helicopter of the Indian Army, met with an accident on Thursday, May 4, 2023. The helicopter was on a routine operational mission when it crashed in a hilly area near Kishtwar, Jammu & Kashmir. According to the sources, Two pilots and a technician were on board and suffered injuries due to the emergency landing.
As per the reports, it is mentioned that there has been a technical fault with the Air Traffic Controller (ATC) and proceeded for a precautionary landing.
Due to the undulating ground, undergrowth and unprepared landing area, the helicopter apparently made a hard landing said Indian Army

The ALH Dhruv is a multi-role helicopter that is used by the Indian Armed Forces for various purposes, including search and rescue, casualty evacuation, and troop transport. It is manufactured by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), one of India's leading aerospace companies.
This is not the first time that the ALH Dhruv has met with an accident. In the past, there have been several incidents involving the helicopter, which have raised concerns about its safety record.
