Bharat Petroleum co sponsors the expedition of 21 female cyclists
Jammu: Bharat Petroleum co-sponsors the expedition of 21 female cyclists from PN Doshi Women’s College, Mumbai who will cover a distance of around 3,709 kilometers in 34 days, starting from Jammu to reach Kanyakumari on December 25, 2019. The expedition was flagged off by Vice Chancellor, University of Jammu.
By participating in a traditionally male-dominated domain of adventure sports, these girls wish to spread awareness about women empowerment through education. En-route, they will also stop at Ghar Outlets of Bharat Petroleum, which caters to travel and personal needs of highway travellers, with a pan India network of 150.
