BPCL bags award under Large Energy company category
The award was presented by Mr Dinesh Jagdale Joint Secretary Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, Mr Ravi Singh DG WRI, and Ms Seema Arora DDG CII to Mr Ashish Gupta DGM (HSSE) Corp.
New Delhi: Bharat Petroleum, the country's leading oil and gas company received the award for “Building Climate Resilience in Indian Business” under the Large Energy company category at the Climate Action Program CAP 2.0—organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry, a premier body of business and industry dealing in various Sustainability Development programs.
The event was held in New Delhi with invitations to organisations that have demonstrated excellent performance in climate change, taken positive steps to manage and measure their environmental performance and integrated sustainability into their core business models.
