CAT Principal Bench Issues Notice; Cases Adjourned Due to Member Unavailability

New Delhi: The Central Administrative Tribunal (Principal Bench) has issued a notice informing all concerned that Hon’ble Sh. Sanjeeva Kumar, Member (A), is not available today (3 September 2026) due to some unavoidable circumstances.

As a result, the cases listed before the Division Bench comprising Hon’ble Sh. Sanjeeva Kumar, Member (A) and Hon’ble Sh. Ajay Pratap Singh, Member (J) in Court No. V stand adjourned to the dates as may be given by the Court Officer (Court-V).

However, matters involving interim relief can be heard by Hon’ble Sh. Ajay Pratap Singh, Member (J) on prior request of the learned counsels of both the parties.

A revised Cause List will be uploaded on the website today itself.

The notice has been circulated to all concerned officials, the CAT Bar Association, and has been displayed on the Notice Board and website.
