Centre Appoints Anshul Mishra as Central Nodal Officer for Nuh Under PM Dhan Dhaanya Krishi Yojana

New Delhi, June 2026: The Government of India has appointed Shri Anshul Mishra, Additional Director at AIIMS under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, as the new Central Nodal Officer (CNO) for Nuh district in Haryana under the Prime Minister Dhan Dhaanya Krishi Yojana (PMDDKY).

The appointment has been made through an Office Memorandum issued by the Secretariat of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) under the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT).

Replacement of Existing Central Nodal Officer

According to the order, Shri Anshul Mishra will replace Dr. Pankaj Yadav, Joint Secretary in the Department of Rural Development, who was previously serving as the Central Nodal Officer for the aspirational agricultural district.

The appointment forms part of the Centre's efforts to strengthen monitoring and implementation under the Prime Minister Dhan Dhaanya Krishi Yojana (PMDDKY), aimed at accelerating agricultural development in identified aspirational districts.

Central Nodal Officers are responsible for reviewing progress and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of the scheme at the district level.

Department of Agriculture to Coordinate PMDDKY

For operational coordination and clarifications related to PMDDKY, the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare has designated Shri Chinmay P. Gotmare, Joint Secretary (Marketing & PMDDKY), as the contact officer.

The latest order updates previous notifications issued between October 2025 and June 2026 regarding the appointment and replacement of Central Nodal Officers under the scheme.
