CIL sanitizes equipment workplaces to make mining safe
New Delhi: Sanitation and hygienic conditions play a vital role in protecting all from infectious disease outbreaks, including the current COVID-19. In view of the above, CIL is sanitizing its equipment, workplaces and residential areas to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. State-of-art-technology 'fog cannons' have been pressed into service to sanitize residential colonies, camps of contractors' workers and neighbouring villages.
