CM Yogi Adityanath Inaugurates POWERGRID-Built ITI in Gorakhpur
UP CM Yogi Adityanath inaugurates a new ITI building in Gorakhpur built by POWERGRID under CSR, offering technical training to students across Purvanchal.
New Delhi: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated the new Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI) building at Piprauli Block in Gorakhpur, constructed by POWERGRID under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.
The institute will benefit hundreds of students from Gorakhpur and nearby districts including Sant Kabir Nagar, Siddharthnagar, Basti, Maharajganj, Deoria, Kushinagar, and Mau. Students will be able to pursue technical training in Draftsman (Civil), Computer Hardware & Network Maintenance, Electrician, and Fitter trades.
Present on the occasion were Dr. Yatindra Dwivedi, Director (Personnel); Shri Shiv Tapasya Paswan, Independent Director; Shri Jasbir Singh, Executive Director (CSR); Shri Yugesh Kumar Dixit, Executive Director (Northern Region–III), along with senior officials of POWERGRID.
