Director (Technical), Coal India conferred with Jaswant Singh Gill Memorial Award
Dr B. Veera Reddy, Director (Technical), Coal India and CMD, CCL (Addl. Charge) has been conferred with the prestigious “Jaswant Singh Gill Memorial Award” for excellence in mines safety by IIT (ISM), Dhanbad. He was honoured with the Award during “Basant,” the annual alumni reunion of IIT (ISM), held at the institution’s campus in Dhanbad, Jharkhand.
Shri Reddy has over 36 years of rich experience in the coal mining sector, including planning, procurement, operations, and the establishment of greenfield projects.

He holds a bachelor’s degree (B.Tech) in Mining Engineering and a master’s degree (M.Tech) in Mine Planning in distinction from Kothagudem School of Mines, Osmania University.
