Airtel has stated that it will not contest the notice and will pay the penalty, noting that the financial impact is limited to the amount of the penalty and does not affect its overall operations.

The disclosure has been made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and Airtel has assured that all information is accurate to the best of its knowledge.
