Goa, February 18, 2026: EP Biocomposites Limited (BSE: 543595), a Goa-based provider of advanced wastewater treatment and sustainable infrastructure solutions, has entered into a strategic collaboration with the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, aimed at strengthening its research and technology capabilities in wastewater recycling systems.
The partnership focuses on developing and optimizing innovative non-biological wastewater treatment technologies. Under the agreement, IISc will provide expert technical consultancy, design review, and process optimization support to enhance system efficiency, reliability, and compliance with evolving environmental regulations.

The collaboration is designed to reinforce EP Biocomposites’ long-term strategy of building research-backed, technology-driven solutions across industrial and municipal wastewater treatment segments. EP Biocomposites Limited, part of the EP Kamat Group, manufactures and supplies Fibre Reinforced Polymer (FRP) products and sanitation solutions across India. Its portfolio includes FRP door shutters and frames, biodigester tanks, bio-toilets, fire doors, fencing solutions, and wastewater treatment systems such as sewage treatment plants (STPs) and effluent treatment plants (ETPs).
