Hyderabad: FICCI Ladies Organisation organised an interaction with one of the doyens of the Indian IT industry Dr BVR Mohan Reddy in the city on Monday at Hotel Park, Somajiguda. Mr. Reddy, founder of CYIENT and one of the pioneers of the IT revolution, shared his journey, and his story of building a successful, scalable and sustainable organisation.
M. Reddy was in conversation with Mr Srinivas Rao Mahankali, CEO, T-Hub at the FLO event. The conversation lasted over an hour in three parts—personal journey, building business and words of wisdom.

Answering what drew him to be an entrepreneur he said I used to think what was the purpose of my life. What was my contribution today? What did I do today to society? Why am I here? What did I contribute back to society? What is your uniqueness? These things drive me towards entrepreneurship.
I learnt a lot by working for other companies. Learning is the only way forward. Even if it is your last day, you must still learn something he told his audience.
