New Delhi: Shri Ayush Gupta, Director (HR) was invited as a panelist at SHRM India Annual Conference 2023 held yesterday at Taj Palace, New Delhi. The conference is going on, as Today is the second and last day of showcasing the brilliant thoughts by the speakers.
Ayush Gupta talked on the topic "Personalization at Scale: Rise of Cognitive Talent Strategies with AI".

Shri Gupta spoke about the importance of aiming for incremental AI based HR solutions rather than focusing on a perfect alternative. He also highlighted the necessity to clean historical data being used to train AI, in order to make unbiased predictive decisions.
