GAIL (India) Ltd reported 22 percent decline in consolidated net profit at Rs 2,474.31 crore in the fourth quarter of the financial year 2023-24 from the last quarter.
Yet, the consolidated net profit increased from Rs 642.74 crore in the same period last year.
Revenue from operations stood at Rs 32.833.24 crore in Q4, slightly lower back from Rs 33,264.06 crore a year ago.

The company’s petchem segment reported an EBIT of Rs 262.34 crore in the quarter, as against a loss of Rs 400 crore last year.
Meanwhile, GAIL’s natural gas marketing segment EBIT reported at Rs 1,388.67 crore from Rs 1,880.42 crore in the last quarter.

For FY 2023-24, GAIL reported consolidated net profit of Rs 9,899 crore, up by 76 percent, as against Rs 5,616 crore in FY23.
The revenue from operations stood at Rs 1.33 lakh crore in FY24 as against Rs 1.45 lakh crore during FY23.
