Grid Controller of India Limited (GRID-INDIA) holds its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM)
GRID-INDIA has been functioning as an independent Government Company since January, 2017.
Grid Controller of India Limited (formerly Power System Operation Corporation Ltd.), a Miniratna –I and Schedule A CPSE, successfully concluded its 15th Annual General Meeting on 18.09.2024 through hybrid mode from its Registered Office in New Delhi (Deemed Venue). GRID-INDIA has been functioning as an independent Government Company since January, 2017.
The meeting was attended by Shri S.R. Narasimhan, CMD, Shri Paresh R. Ranpara, Director (Human Resources), Shri R.K. Porwal, Director (System Operation), Shri Sanjay Mehrotra, Director (Finance) & CFO, Shri S.C. Saxena, Director (Market Operation) and Government Nominee Directors, Company Secretary, Representative from the Ministry of Power and Statutory and Secretarial Auditors.
The members inter – alia approved payment of Final Dividend of ?0.47 crore in addition to Interim Dividend of ?4.27 crore paid earlier to the Ministry of Power. In addition, the members also approved capitalisation of reserves of the company to issue Bonus shares as well as creation of charge on the commercial building for its new office building for loan taken by the Company.
