GRSE board meet to be held on May 24, will consider Q4 results for FY23
Further, the Company shall remain closed from 1st April 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023.

New Delhi: Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd., the defence public sector undertaking to hold its board meeting on Wednesday, 24th May 2023, inter a/ta, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023 and to recommend final dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23, the company said.
Further, the Company shall remain closed from 1st April 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023.
In view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01 st April 2023 to 26th May 2023, it is said by the company in BSE filling.
