HPCL and Bhagyanagar Gas inaugurated new CNG station in Karmanghat

NEW DELHI- HPCL Director–Marketing, Sh. Amit Garg, and Chairman – Bhagyanagar Gas Ltd., Sh. R. K. Jain inaugurated a new Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) facility at the HPCL Outlet RK Anurag Fuel Mart in Karmanghat.

The CNG station is expected to give a boost to building an eco-friendly mobility network across the country.

Speaking on the occasion, Sh. Amit Garg said that CNG is one of the cleanest transport fuels available in the market, and it is becoming the preferred transportation fuel for vehicles of all sizes because of its price stability, lower maintenance costs, and lesser emissions. He also emphasized the need to adopt clean and sustainable energy sources to combat climate change.

ABOUT HPCL- Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited is a Maharatna CPSU and (HPCL) is a Government Company within the meaning of Section 617 of the Companies Act 1956.

HPCL is an amalgamation of the erstwhile foreign oil companies ESSO and Caltex, which were taken over by the Government of India in 1974 and 1976 respectively.
