New Delhi: The Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd. (HUDCO), a Navratna CPSE under the administrative Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India, took a significant step towards sustainable development by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Surat Integrated Transportation Development Corporation Limited (SITCO).

The MoU was executed on 9th May 2024 in New Delhi at HUDCO Bhawan by Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha, CMD, HUDCO, and Shri Manoj Garg, MD, SITCO in the presence of senior officials from Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) and HUDCO with the aim of reinforcing cooperation and collaboration to leverage respective strengths for the construction and development of Surat Multi-Modal Transportation Hub on land allocated by the Ministry of Railways and the Government of Gujarat. Additionally, the potential for consultancy, capacity building and other technical assistance from HUDCO will also be explored.
