IOCL Final Dividend Announcement Expected at April 30 Board Meeting

New Delhi: India's major state-owned oil and gas company headquartered in New Delhi, Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) informed that the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled on Tuesday, 30 April 2024, inter alia, to consider and approve Standalone as well as Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2024.

The company in regulatory exchange states that the Board may consider the declaration of the final dividend for the financial year 2023-24, if any, at the aforesaid Board Meeting.

Further to the letter dated 27th March 2024 intimating the start of the Window Closure Period under the Insider Trading Code, it is hereby informed that, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of IndianOil shall remain closed from Monday, 1st  April 2024 to Thursday, 2nd May 2024 for all 'Insiders' as per the Insider Trading Code of the Company.
