IOCL Final Dividend Announcement Expected at April 30 Board Meeting
New Delhi: India's major state-owned oil and gas company headquartered in New Delhi, Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) informed that the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled on Tuesday, 30 April 2024, inter alia, to consider and approve Standalone as well as Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2024.
