Jaipuria Institute of Management organised CXO Conclave on Compassionate and Agile Leadership

Jaipuria Institute of Management hosted a prestigious CXO Conclave on August 9, 2024, at The Lalit, Delhi. Themed "Building Compassionate and Agile Organizations: The New Leadership Agenda," the event brought together industry leaders to explore the evolving dynamics of leadership.

Vandana Puri, AVP & Head of Jaipuria Executive Education & Training, kickstarted the conclave with opening remarks extended a warm welcome to the distinguished attendees.

Mr. Rajeev Dubey, Chairman of MIBL, MFCWL, and MSSCL, and a member of the ILO Government Body in Geneva Mahindra Group, delivered the keynote address. Mr. Uttam Lal, Director of Personnel at NHPC, shared valuable insights from the public sector, highlighting the distinction between compassion and agility in leadership.
