KPI Energy bags order to develop solar power projects
KPI Energy Limited has received new orders for a 9.40 MW Solar Power Plant under the Captive Power Producer Segment.

New Delhi: KPI Green has received new orders aggregating to 9.40 MW for executing solar power projects, out of which 5 MW capacity undertaken by KPI Green Energy Limited (‘the Company’) and 4.40 MW capacity by KPIG Energia Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company under ‘Captive Power Producer (CPP)’ Segment of the Company, the firm confirmed in its BSE filing.
According to the significant terms and conditions, KPI Green Energy Limited and KPIG Energia Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company shall develop the projects as per the terms of the order. The nature of the order is pure commercial order.

The entities awarding the contracts are M/s Sustainable Spinning & Commodities Pvt. Ltd, M/s Sharvil Tex Fab, M/s Dharma Fab, M/s Raghuveer Tex. The aggregated size of the order is 9.40 MW.
