Mahindra Logistics Appoints Ankur Bansal as Head of Strategy and Transformation
Mahindra Logistics has appointed Ankur Bansal as the new Head of Strategy & Transformation, effective 1 January 2026. With experience at Mahindra Group, Jio, and BCG, he will lead major strategic and transformation initiatives.

Mahindra Logistics Limited has announced an important addition to its senior leadership team. The company has appointed Mr. Ankur Bansal as the new Head of Strategy and Transformation, effective 1 January 2026. The Board of Directors approved this decision on 29 November 2025, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Mr. Bansal currently works as Vice President of Group Strategy at Mahindra Group, where he manages strategic initiatives across various businesses. He has over 13 years of experience in strategy, consulting, and business transformation. His past roles include Vice President of Strategy at Jio and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Mumbai.
An alumnus of IIM Bangalore and IIT Kharagpur, Mr. Bansal also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
With this appointment, Mahindra Logistics aims to strengthen its long-term strategy, improve digital transformation efforts, and enhance operational efficiency programs. The company has confirmed that Mr. Bansal is not related to any director on the board.
