Financials, dividend in focus for MRPL board meet on Jan 22
New Delhi: Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd, a division of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation to consider Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter that ended December 31, 2023, and consider the declaration of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2023- 24, the company informed BSE.

The Meeting is scheduled to be held on January 22, 2024, to consider and approve Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2023, declaration of interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2023- 24.
