NBCC India bags contract worth Rs 47 crores

New Delhi: State-owned Housing Development Public Sector NBCC India has bagged two consecutive contracts worth Rs 47 crores. The intimation of work orders received by NBCC is in the normal course of business, amounting to Rs. 47.04 Crore (Approx.).

SIDBI Vashi Redevelopment Project Additional Sanction (Previous intimation of work order of Rs. 100 crores was given to the Stock Exchanges on March 28, 2023) by Small Industrial Development Bank of India (SIDBI) worth Rs 42.04 crores.

 Operation & Maintenance works at International Craft Complex, Plot No.8 N.M. Marg, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi Office of Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), by Ministry of Textiles worth Rs 05.00. The total worth of the two projects is Rs 47.04 crores.

As per the exchange filing of NBCC (India) dated September 26, 2024, this is to inform that NBCC (India) Limited has recently been awarded a Rs 75 crore order from the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) for Project Management Consultant (PMC) for Construction & development of various infrastructure works at IIIT Nagpur to be undertaken under EPC mode.

Previously, the Supreme Court decided to review a proposal by NBCC to complete 17 stalled projects of Supertech Limited. The decision could positively affect 27,000 homebuyers.
