NLCIL Inks MoU with DRDA to undertake renovation of Iconic townhall building
New Delhi: NLC India Limited has been carrying out peripheral development activities through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, for betterment of the communities in the surrounding villages of Neyveli in Cuddalore District since inception.
On 13.03.2024, in a function held at NLCIL's Corporate Office, Neyveli, chaired by Shri. Samir Swarup, Director (HR), NLCIL, an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been exchanged between NLCIL and District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) to undertake renovation of Iconic Townhall building (Phase-1) in Cuddalore at a cost of Rs.1.50 Crores from NLCIL's CSR Fund.

Shri. A. Parandaman, General Manager (CSR), NLCIL and Shri. S.Thanikachalam, Executive Engineer, DRDA exchanged the MoU for undertaking the works. Senior officials from NLCIL and officials from DRDA Cuddalore participated in the function.
