The MoU was signed today between NEMS and NRL in presence of the Hon'ble Minister of State Sri Rameswar Teli.
NRL assisting North East Military School, grant Rs. 1.90 cr under CSR
New Delhi: As a part of CSR initiatives in the field of education, NRL is providing a financial grant of Rs 1.90 cr to North East Military School. The school has been set up at Bijni in the Chirang District of Assam, with a special focus on creating opportunities and preparing the youth of the region to join the Indian army and align themselves with the army discipline and culture.
An MoU was signed today between NEMS and NRL in presence of the Hon'ble Minister of State, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India and Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India Sri Rameswar Teli, local MLA Bijni, Deputy Speaker BTC, District Administration and Board Members of NEMS.
Sri Anupam Sarkar, Secretary of MEMS trust, and Dr. Kajal Saikia, CGM ( HR & Legal) were the signatories of the MOU. Hon'ble Minister also visited the school construction site along with other dignitaries.
