NTPC Barauni Launches 'Bindaas Bol' Program to Empower Students through Conversational English Skills
Targeting students from classes VI to VIII across 6 Govt. schools near NTPC Barauni, 'Bindaas Bol' is set to impact the lives of 1075 young minds.
In a world where effective communication has become an essential skill, NTPC Barauni has taken a step towards empowering students in Govt. schools from Begusarai district through the 'Bindaas Bol' program under the Community Development Plan.
NTPC Barauni signed a tripartite MoU with the District Administration, Begusarai, and The Ekalavya Initiative on August 1, 2023 in the presence of Shri Roshan Kushwaha, DM Begusarai, Shri Rajeev Khanna, HOP and Ms. Anuradha Saihgal, CEO, The Ekalavya Initiative. This collaboration marked the beginning of the transformative initiative aimed at promoting conversational English skills among young minds.

The shortlisted students are divided into 43 batches and will undergo 75 online learning hours over 9 months, engaging in interactive sessions, assignments, events, and contests designed for fun learning.
This initiative not only equips students with conversational English but also fosters their self-confidence and social interaction abilities. NTPC is always committed to nurturing talent and fostering positive change in communities.
